Privacy Policy

How Surrfomance collects, uses and protects your information.

Last updated: 5 August 2026

Surrfomance (“we”, “us”, “our”) is a digital marketing business based in Ontario, Canada. This policy explains what personal information we collect through this website and our services, why we collect it, and what choices you have. We handle personal information in line with Canada’s Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA) and Canada’s Anti-Spam Legislation (CASL).

Information we collect

  • Information you give us. Your name, email address, phone number, company name and anything else you include when you book a call, email us or fill in a form.
  • Information collected automatically. Standard technical data such as your IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, time on page and the site or ad that referred you.
  • Client information. Where we deliver services, we may access accounts and data you grant us permission to use — for example ad accounts, analytics properties, CRM records or store platforms.

How we use it

  • To respond to your enquiry and schedule and hold a call.
  • To deliver, manage and report on the services you have engaged us for.
  • To improve this website and understand which content and channels are useful.
  • To send you marketing communications, where you have consented or where CASL otherwise permits it. Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link, and we act on unsubscribe requests promptly.
  • To meet legal, tax and accounting obligations.

Cookies and analytics

This site uses cookies and similar technologies, including Google Analytics, to understand how visitors use it. We may also use advertising tools such as Google Ads and Meta Ads, which can set cookies to measure campaign performance and show relevant ads. You can block or delete cookies through your browser settings, and you can opt out of Google Analytics using Google’s browser add-on. Blocking cookies may affect how parts of the site work.

Sharing your information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us operate — for example email, hosting, analytics, advertising and CRM platforms — and only as far as needed for them to perform that function. Some of these providers operate outside Canada, which means your information may be stored or processed in another country and be subject to that country’s laws. We may also disclose information where required by law.

Retention

We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes described here, or as long as required by law. Enquiries that do not become client relationships are removed once they are no longer relevant.

Your rights

You can ask us what personal information we hold about you, ask for corrections, ask us to delete it, or withdraw consent to marketing at any time. Email nikunjp@surrfomance.com and we will respond within a reasonable period. If you are not satisfied with our response, you may contact the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada.

Security

We take reasonable steps to protect personal information against loss, misuse and unauthorised access. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it was last changed.
